Our new Woodwose coffee table is the perfect companion to their lounge-style benches. Generously proportioned, it provides ample space for morning coffee, slow lunches, evening drinks or sharing food outdoors. Made from solid English-grown sweet chestnut, it’s full of rich natural character while offering the durability needed for outdoor living.

Woodwose, is an old English word meaning wild wo/man or wo/man of the woods. This is apt considering the wood is sourced from sustainably and thoughtfully managed native woodland where biodiversity is nurtured for generations to come.

The Leasowe bench is the latest addition to our lounge-style outdoor collection. Made from English-grown oak and sweet chestnut, it’s naturally durable and ideal for a life outside. Inspired by the Old English name, Leasowe, meaning ‘meadow pasture’, this versatile bench feels equally at home nestled among wild grasses and open landscapes as it does in a courtyard or on a terrace.

The Sweven bedside table is made from solid, English-grown oak and finished using our in-house liming technique, it’s rich, tactile and quietly beautiful. A single door opens away from the bed, revealing an adjustable shelf inside. The legs have gently rounded corners and its neat footprint makes it equally as comfortable in modest spaces as it is in generous rooms.

The Coup side table presents a spectacular piece of British-grown elm. The characterful top is uniquely detailed in response to the wood, featuring butterflies or brass rings depending on the character and stands upon a coopered English ash pedestal base.

The Estovers side table is clean and simple in form and cleverly constructed to give table top and nook storage. It has a neat footprint, making it suitable for most trees that come into our wood yard, big or small but always harvested for the benefit of the woodland. Each side table is expertly made by our highly skilled makers, in our workshop, using solid English-grown wood that’s rich in character.

A medium mirror made from solid elm grown in Britain, skilfully bent into an elegant oval frame. Kerf is the name given to the gap left in wood by the blade of a saw. It is these calculated cuts, or kerfs, in the frame that remove wood and create space to allow the graceful curves of the oval shape to be bent from solid elm, rather than steam bending or using veneers.

The Lissome coffee table has a sturdy but restrained footprint. This piece marries a sculptural, faceted base with a circular table top. The heavy chamfer applied to the underside of the top makes it beautiful to look at and to touch. It is made in our workshop from solid London plane.

A tableau of chestnut shakes, harvested from our own woodland, cleft and individually scorched, cover the doors. These are framed within a handsome dovetailed solid ash carcass. Available with shelves or hanging rails and made to order. This piece is equally ready to order or indeed customise.

We use colour derived from linseed oils to create a sensitive composition unique to each sideboard.

The Bayleaf armoire is full of subtle texture and thoughtful details. It is made from solid London plane, grown in Britain and worked in our London workshop.

The armoire is made using traditional timber frame construction joints and has the internal options of shelves or hanging rails alongside the four solid internal drawers, behind either solid, woven or glazed doors.

The Pendean armoire is available with shelves or a hanging rail. Made in our own workshop from characterful English ash, it is designed for everyday use. With understated chamfer details and smooth round corners, this piece is designed for stylish and comfortable living.

The Aymers wall cabinet is made from solid, British-grown wood that has been thermally modified (or baked) making it naturally resistant to moisture. Hand-woven cupboard doors sit either side of a recessed mirror, offering hidden storage and open storage. This piece is made in our London workshop by our own skilled team of makers.
