Everything that leaves our workshop does so with a 10 year guarantee. The finishes we use provide good resistance to spillages wiped away relatively quickly with a damp cloth. We recommend a spray cleaner by Osmo when a damp cloth doesn’t suffice and an annual liquid wax cleaner to keep the wood finish up to strength.
We offer a refinishing service, subject to quotation. Remedial work can be carried out on site or in our workshops depending on the work required and the location and size of the item in need of refinishing.

The Leasowe bench is the latest addition to our lounge-style outdoor collection. Made from English-grown oak and sweet chestnut, it’s naturally durable and ideal for a life outside. Inspired by the Old English name, Leasowe, meaning ‘meadow pasture’, this versatile bench feels equally at home nestled among wild grasses and open landscapes as it does in a courtyard or on a terrace.

The Estovers side table is clean and simple in form and cleverly constructed to give table top and nook storage. It has a neat footprint, making it suitable for most trees that come into our wood yard, big or small but always harvested for the benefit of the woodland. Each side table is expertly made by our highly skilled makers, in our workshop, using solid English-grown wood that’s rich in character.
A chunky, enticing, biophillic table. The Quartered table was born from our sawmill and the British branch wood we have that isn’t quite big enough to be sawn into boards. These logs, when quartered on our band mill, make the most perfect legs for a large table like this. A simple top, generously rounded corners and an elegantly shaped rail. Designed as a show-stopping co-working table The Quartered table is equally well suited to large group dining, drinks and conviviality.
The Coup side table presents a spectacular piece of British-grown elm. The characterful top is uniquely detailed in response to the wood, featuring butterflies or brass rings depending on the character and stands upon a coopered English ash pedestal base.

The Kerf armchair is hugely tactile with generous rounded edges and welcoming arms, enveloping you in a satisfying sit. Kerf is the name given to the gap left in wood by the blade of a saw. It is these calculated cuts, or kerfs, that remove wood and create space to allow the sumptuous curve of the chair to be bent from solid oak, rather than steam bending or using veneers.
Our new Woodwose coffee table is the perfect companion to their lounge-style benches. Generously proportioned, it provides ample space for morning coffee, slow lunches, evening drinks or sharing food outdoors. Made from solid English-grown sweet chestnut, it’s full of rich natural character while offering the durability needed for outdoor living.
Woodwose, is an old English word meaning wild wo/man or wo/man of the woods. This is apt considering the wood is sourced from sustainably and thoughtfully managed native woodland where biodiversity is nurtured for generations to come.

The Cleft bedside cabinet is rich in texture, given from the hand of the maker, framed within a handsomely dovetailed solid oak carcass. A tableau of chestnut shakes, harvested from our own woodland, cleft and individually coloured by hand, cover the door. We use colour derived from linseed oils to create a sensitive composition unique to each sideboard.

The Turned Side Table joints three legs into a round English ash top with neatly wedged tenons. The legs of the Turned Side Table are elegantly tapered and gently splayed to give a strong footprint with a clean and simple silhouette. It is the perfect partner for the Maker&Son armchair, pictured here, hand made using entirely natural materials in the UK.
Each Low Tide occasional table is sculpted from solid English-grown sycamore and marbled with linseed oil. The Low Tide table is designed and made in collaboration with multidisciplinary artist, NAT MAKS (Natasha Maksimovik). The form of this shapely table is inspired by nature’s rhythm and the raw beauty of our coastal home in Margate, the ebb and flow of the sea, the rise and fall of the tides. This Low Tide colour palette melds tidal pool greens with soft oranges, like water meeting land under the open sky.
