New pieces unveiled at Decorex 2017

New pieces handmade from British wood at our workshop in south-east London will be presented for the first time at Decorex in Syon Park (17-20 September) during London Design Festival 2017.

Working with a varied palette of exceptional British hardwoods, we have captured an ancient design sentiment in Bayleaf, a collection of timeless and elegant furniture. Our new additions include an English walnut desk; a pair of London plane bedside tables; a glazed cabinet made with English alder; and a heavily figured English tiger oak coffee table.

Alongside these pieces, a dramatic woven room divider made using English ash will also feature on the Sebastian Cox stand alongside a spectacular pedestal table comprising a luxuriously characterful board of English chestnut.

Retaining our distinctively textural and lightweight aesthetic we have taken a medieval approach to material selection and chosen British timber species to accentuate their different colours, grain definitions and material strengths.
