Open studio for London Craft Week: Creating Wealden a new collection of tactile tableware
You are invited into the Sebastian Cox workshop to exclusively share the making of our debut tableware collection, in celebration of London Craft Week.
Wealden comprises richly textured yet simple pieces made from Kentish clay pressed between Kentish chestnut moulds.
Attend any one of the daily demonstrations in the workshop to see how each piece is made.
In the studio and showroom, you will also find a richly coloured spring installation of the new Barker collection; a series of pieces made in English ash, simple forms and jewel tones. Each piece is playful yet beautiful in equal measure.
Visit our open studio, Wednesday 8th - Friday 10th May (10:00 - 16:00), Saturday 11th May (10:00 - 15:00). See demonstrations daily at 11:00 and 14:00.
